Cloud Architect - Serverless Expert

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to lead the development of our AWS serverless infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable, fault-tolerant architectures.

The successful applicant will possess hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis, Firehose, S3, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, and RDS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement resilient AWS architectures with automation and multi-region failover.
  • Apply DevOps principles to drive reliability and reduce toil.
  • Implement resilience patterns such as retries, throttling, circuit breakers, and graceful degradation.
  • Configure end-to-end observability pipelines with CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
  • Develop automation and self-healing workflows using Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of AWS serverless architecture and deployment best practices.
  • Strong coding expertise in Python and Node.js/TypeScript for automation.
  • Experience in IAM, Security Groups, Secrets Manager, resiliency automation, and chaos testing.
  • Knowledge of ECS/EKS and data observability is a plus.
