About the Role

As a Senior Business Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of public figures on YouTube in India. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of public figures and agencies, defining distribution performance metrics, and recommending channel improvements to partners.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your business development skills, industry knowledge, and expertise in media and entertainment to drive growth across YouTube priorities.

  • Create and execute strategies to build and grow the presence of public figures on YouTube, maximizing watch time hours, platform engagement, audience growth, community interaction, and business generation.
  • Develop strong relationships with industry partners, manage project initiatives, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve client relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, media, and entertainment.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex issues, and think critically to develop solutions.
  • Knowledge of technological concepts, financial models, and education/news policies, copyright, etc.
  • Fluent communication skills in English to interact with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with partners, solve problems through analysis, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation planning, and time management skills.
