- Develop and execute strategic plans for offline B2B marketing campaigns, including seminars, workshops, brochures, flyers, standees, and banners.\
- Organize events at NEET coaching institutes, academic institutions, coaching centers, colleges, and career fairs to raise awareness and generate leads.\
- Forge strategic partnerships with educational institutions, associations, and community groups.\
- Enhance brand visibility through ground activations like medical career awareness programs.\
- Identify and connect with NEET coaching institutes, school managements, and principals across multiple states.\
- Travel extensively to pitch, present, and close institutional partnerships.\
- Support the sales team with offline lead generation strategies and nurture pipelines.\
- Build long-term trust-based relationships with institutional clients.\
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews to ensure client satisfaction.\
- Act as a consultant or advisor for institutes on student career mentoring solutions.\
- Work closely with creative teams to design impactful offline collaterals.\
- Track offline campaign ROI, footfall, leads generated, and conversion rates.\
- Provide market insights to leadership to refine the go-to-market strategy.\
