Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring the reliability and performance of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems, including setup and configuration management.
  • Monitoring and Alerting: Proficient in setting up alerts, dashboards, and analyzing metrics/logs for system performance and reliability.
  • Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols.
  • CICD Pipelines: Experienced in CI/CD pipelines, automating tasks for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
  • DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with Devops Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Incident Response: Strong in incident response and troubleshooting techniques, conducting root cause investigations.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams, adept at documenting processes and conveying technical concepts clearly.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
  • Proficient in setting up alerts, dashboards, and analyzing metrics/logs for system performance and reliability.
  • Familiarity with system architecture and configuration management tools.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols.
  • Experienced with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
  • Strong in incident response and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Capable of conducting root cause investigations.
  • Experienced in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficient in automating tasks for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
  • Skilled in analyzing complex systems and identifying potential issues.
  • Hands-on experience with Devops Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
