Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to assist with the design, maintenance, and monitoring of our IT Infrastructure. This position will continually improve IT standards, policies, and procedures ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability for all on-premises and cloud-based resources.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in Windows Server environments and be proficient in hybrid Active Directory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Azure, AWS, and Hyper-V Server environments.
  • Administer and address user support tickets in alignment with ITIL principles.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Active Directory services such as Domain Controllers, User/Group Management, and Group Policy Administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in system administration.
  • MCSE or equivalent certification.
Responsibilities and Deliverables

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining detailed documentation of infrastructure services.
  • Generating regular reports on server performance, security, and compliance metrics.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
