Job Title: **Linux System Expert**

We are looking for a skilled Linux System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Linux Administration and be able to perform various tasks related to system maintenance.

Key Skills Required:
  • LVM concept - FS creation, extension, and troubleshooting.
  • Multipath concept – Validating multipath, adding Luns and enabling multipath.
  • Ensure performance specifications are met.
  • Evaluate and correct OS vulnerabilities by patching the servers (patching).
  • Coordinating with different vendors in case of any Hardware and OS level issues.
  • Log rotation and managing FS usage, Changing permission/ ownership etc.
  • Implementing changes as per application team and DB team requirement at OS level.
  • Follow Do's and Don't as per SLA. Wirpo and Customer Process adherence while handling BAU.
  • Service management (NTP, SSH, AUTOFS etc)
  • Fixing server access and bootable issues (including fixing grub).
  • OS level trouble shooting in bringing up the server.
  • OS migration is an added advantage.
Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. They will work closely with the application and DB teams to implement changes at the OS level.
