We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager with over 3 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end accounting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the accurate and systematic recording of financial entries in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Maintaining and reviewing records of invoices, expense bills, receipts from payment gateways, FIRC, etc.
  • Conducting ledger scrutiny and finalizing books of accounts.
  • Maintaining trackers such as Fixed Asset Register (FAR), prepaid expenses, and provisions.
  • Performing reconciliations for Form 26AS, Payment Gateway transactions, GST inputs VS books, TDS payments VS books.
  • Tracking pending accounts receivable and payable.
  • Managing cash flow, banking systems, and payroll processes.
  • Reviewing and finalizing financial statements, preparing MIS reports, and budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in accounting standards, taxation laws, and labor regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with payroll processing software like GreytHR, Zoho Payroll.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
