Production Manager Job Description

The Production Manager is a key role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the complete production process for interior projects.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage all production activities related to interior fit-out works (modular furniture, joinery, panels, partitions, etc.).
  • Prepare, review, and optimize cutlists based on approved design drawings to ensure accurate material usage and minimal wastage.
  • Coordinate with the design team to verify technical drawings and ensure feasibility for production.
  • Manage and allocate manpower, machines, and resources effectively in the workshop/factory.
  • Monitor daily production schedules and ensure projects are delivered within timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in cutlist preparation for modular/interior production.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
  • Knowledge of various raw materials (plywood, laminates, MDF, metal, hardware, finishes).
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
