Job Title: Skill Development and Onboarding Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to oversee the entire lifecycle of new phlebotomists. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our team members are thoroughly prepared, confident, and possess the required skills before commencing their work in the field.

  • Conduct initial interviews with prospective candidates to assess suitability and potential fit within our organization.
  • Assign selected candidates to appropriate trainers for skill development and training purposes.
  • Provide comprehensive support to new hires during the onboarding process, guaranteeing they have access to necessary resources and assistance.
  • Maintain close monitoring and support for new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot.
  • Collaborate closely with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure seamless transitions for new employees.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations roles (previous experience in onboarding or people management is highly desirable).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (essential).
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced operational environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or service operations is an advantage, though not mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to this location.
