Lead Regional Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our North-East and East region finance teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in core finance, accounts, and controllership roles, preferably in FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing/Plant-based setups.

A Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), or MBA in Finance is required. Proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP HANA) and MIS/financial reporting tools is a must.

The successful candidate will have strong exposure to Profit & Loss ownership, plant finance, sales accounting, and regional controllership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Budgeting and financial planning for regional operations.
  2. Managing sales accounting and plant accounting for multiple locations.
  3. Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and MIS for leadership review.
  4. Driving standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with internal controls.
  5. Partnering with cross-functional teams to support business growth and cost optimization.
  6. Leading and mentoring the regional finance team to deliver high performance.
  7. Ensuring statutory compliance, audits, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in finance roles.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), or MBA in Finance.

  • Strong exposure to P&L ownership, plant finance, sales accounting, and regional controllership.
