Job Opportunity: Exim Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Exim Executive. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with USA staff and handling import/export-related tasks.

  • Communication with clients in the USA: You will be the primary point of contact for clients in the USA, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Import & Export related works: You will be involved in coordinating and managing import/export-related activities, including customs clearance and logistics.
  • Follow-ups with the shipping line: You will be responsible for tracking and following up on shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Web base software entries work: You will be required to update and maintain web-based software systems related to import/export activities.
  • Flexible shift timings: We offer flexible shift timings to accommodate your needs and ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • Support to USA staff: You will be part of a dynamic team that provides support to our USA-based staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role.
  • Web-based software: Proficiency in using web-based software is necessary for this position.
  • Good communication and presentation skills: You should have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Hands-on MS- Office (Good knowledge) and Internet: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet applications is required.
