Job Overview

The Export Manager will drive export sales and business development, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

  • Develop strategies to increase sales in international markets.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors globally.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Expansion: Conduct research to identify market opportunities, analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Client Management: Maintain relationships with international clients, address inquiries, complaints, and provide post-sales support.
  • Documentation Compliance: Oversee export documentation, ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely delivery and smooth operations.
  • Reporting Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, analyze performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
  • MBA/PGDM in International Business required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the foodservice or FMCG industry.
Required Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills essential.
  • Knowledge of export documentation and international trade regulations necessary.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
