Strategic Algorithmic Trading Specialist

Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced quantitative trader to develop and implement trading strategies, leveraging expertise in statistical modeling, risk management, and algorithmic trading.
As a key member of our trading team, you will be responsible for back testing, monitoring, and optimizing trading performance, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage systematic trading strategies across equities and derivatives
- Analyze and optimize trading algorithms, focusing on risk management and profitability
- Maintain real-time trading performance and risk metrics, providing actionable insights
- Collaborate with our technology team to enhance trading infrastructure, ensuring seamless execution
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of trading strategies and performance
Requirements:
- Proven track record in algorithmic/trading with verifiable results
- Strong understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling, and risk management
- Experience with market microstructure, latency optimization, and high-performance computing
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Professional experience at hedge funds, prop trading firms, or investment banks preferred
