Job Overview:

This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns with the goal of driving user acquisition, maximizing return on investment (ROI), and scaling customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Develop performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
