Job Title: Master Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of campus infrastructure projects.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing designs that align with our vision of being a world-class educational institution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.
  • Incorporate modern educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces.
  • Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.
  • Implement universal accessibility (ramps, lifts, signage) across campus.
  • Design eco-friendly and energy-efficient infrastructure (solar, rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation).
  • Promote green campus practices aligned with NAAC/AICTE recommendations.

For this position, we require a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and 7-10 years of professional experience in educational or large-scale institutional projects. Registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India is also necessary.
