Key Responsibilities:

  • We develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs for residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring that they meet the unique needs and goals of our clients.
  • Our team prepares master plans, layout plans, planting schemes, hardscape designs, and other design drawings that are tailored to each project's specific requirements.
  • We work closely with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants to ensure that our designs are integrated with the overall project vision.
  • In addition to design responsibilities, we also oversee the implementation of our landscape designs at project sites and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture and 8-12 years of relevant experience in Landscape Consultancy and Developers.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and excellent design visualization, communication, and project management skills are essential.
  • Candidates should have a solid understanding of landscape architectural design, hardscape materials, softscape/horticulture, planting design, soil conditions, drainage systems, irrigation, and lighting systems.
  • Familiarity with local development regulations, permissions, and Environmental norms is also highly desirable.

  • Visit nurseries and select civil materials.
  • Review Shop drawings, Builders drawings etc.
  • Assist Liaison team with statutory queries.
  • Make periodic site visits to ensure Landscape design intents.
  • Finalize material requirements for procurement.
  • Review Material submittals from vendor.
  • Reply RFI and resolve site queries.
  • Manage design/methodology changes.
  • Appoint consultants and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Detailed engineering reviews for achieving due diligence.
  • Coordinate with specialized technical consultants.
  • Review landscape design options and address site concerns.
  • Cross-functional team coordination for resolving points.
