Key Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support our day-to-day operations and system management activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing an existing equities settlements platform, ensuring its continued stability, efficiency, and compliance in a dynamic market environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries and issues related to the existing equities settlements platform.
  • Continuously monitor settlement workflows to identify and propose enhancements that improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance user experience.
  • Facilitate communication between Operations, Technology, and other support teams to address platform-related issues and manage small-scale changes.
  • Create and maintain key metrics and reports on system performance, issue resolution, and project requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related.
  • 4-5 years of experience in an Equities Operations role within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience as Operations SME for transformation or system migration projects.
  • Practical experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
