
Senior Client Liaison Specialist

Job Overview:
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with clients to gather and analyze their briefs, comprehending their objectives, preferences, and expectations for advertising campaigns or projects.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects while meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Develop and present comprehensive proposals, campaign strategies, progress reports, and performance analytics to clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Offer strategic advice and recommendations to clients based on market trends, consumer insights, and advertising best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.
- Address client concerns, complaints, or conflicts promptly and professionally, seeking mutually beneficial resolutions to maintain positive client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging advertising trends to offer innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services, aiming to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all advertising materials and campaigns, adhering to regulatory requirements and agency quality benchmarks.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
- 1–2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to build and deliver engaging client presentations are required.
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and Google Slides is expected.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail is a must.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary.
- Passionate about advertising, brand building, and creative communication is ideal.
