Job Description

As a seasoned Murex professional, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team to deliver the Murex upgrade Program from an offshore location.

  • Responsible for project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.
  • Stakeholder communication, stakeholder management, and fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Identifying risks, issues, critical path activities, and tracking their mitigations, resolution, and coming up with solutions.
  • Provide status updates related to all stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations.
  • At least 6+ years of experience in Murex Project Management & Program Management.
  • Strong understanding of Murex architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.
  • Subject matter expert in at least one Murex module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting or Front Office).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Offshore delivery management experience.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience on handling at least 1 Murex upgrade project, project management tools exposure (Jira etc.) & scrum certification.
