Senior Murex Implementation Lead

As a seasoned Murex project manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver the Murex upgrade program from an offshore location. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful execution of the project from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations, with a strong understanding of Murex architecture and the ability to comprehend end-to-end processes. A subject matter expert in at least one Murex module, such as MxML and Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting, or Front Office, is required.

Key qualifications include:

• At least 6+ years of experience in Murex project management and program management
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Offshore delivery management experience
• Team management experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience handling at least one Murex upgrade project, project management tools exposure (Jira etc.), and Scrum certification

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a team to deliver the Murex upgrade program
• Responsible and accountable for end-to-end execution of the project
• Project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion
• Stakeholder communication, stakeholder management, and fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders
• Identifying risk, issues, critical path activities, and tracking their mitigations, resolution, and coming up with solutions
• Providing status updates related to all stakeholders
• Responsible for people management and resource management
• Project status tracking and setting up different levels of governance
