Job Role: Murex Implementations Project Lead
**Overview**
Murex Implementations Project Leads are responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex upgrade programs from offshore locations. They must possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless project execution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Foster effective relationships with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders through regular communication and updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and critical path activities, ensuring prompt resolution and solution implementation.
• Provide detailed project status reports to all stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
• 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations is essential.
• At least 6+ years of experience in Murex project management and program management.
• Strong understanding of Murex architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.
• Subject matter expert in at least one Murex module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting, or Front Office).
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Offshore delivery management experience is highly desirable.
• Team management experience is also required.
