
Senior Manager, Global Leadership Development

You will oversee the delivery of global leadership development programs, managing all aspects of program management, including design and delivery at scale, in partnership with external partners and internal stakeholders.
You are responsible for monitoring and evaluating program participation and effectiveness, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to internal processes. This includes vendor management, budgeting, and coordination with program enablement teams.
You will build relationships with key stakeholders, including T&D, HR, and business leaders, and contribute to regional T&D and HR projects as a leadership SME.
In addition, you will support clients on 1:1 career development interventions for key talent segments using standard tools and interventions, with a focus on diverse talent segments.
This role requires a team player who can contribute to the GLSD team by sharing outside-in views, working in flexible project teams/squads, collaborating internationally and across locations, and adapting to changing priorities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree or equivalent
- About 6-7 years of experience in Leadership/L&D/Talent/program management, with expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery
- Significant experience with large global initiatives and strong program management skills, including analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and governance skills, working in a matrix environment and remote teams
- Ability to prepare briefings/presentations with an analytical storyline for senior management
- Psiychometric certification/formal training or certification in coaching or career conversations (desirable)
- Fluency in English
