Senior Leadership Development Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leadership Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership development, with at least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing end-to-end leadership development programs for senior leadership/C-Suite teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive leadership development programs that meet the needs of senior leadership teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited university in a related field such as organizational development, adult education, or human resources.
  • At least 7 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful leadership development programs.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
