Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engine Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, diagnosing and repairing engines, performing routine maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as excellent communication skills. They will work closely with customers to identify and address their needs, and provide expert technical support to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage customers professionally, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Apply specialized tools and follow documented procedures to diagnose and complete repairs on engines.
  • Perform routine maintenance activities according to documented schedules and standards on engine and related components in the field.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced technicians or supervisors for further assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electrical and Electronic preferred, with experience in Powergen segment.
  • Valid driving permit locally.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • Engine Systems Interactions: Analyze interactions of electrical and mechanical systems to diagnose and repair engines efficiently.
  • Product Repair and Maintenance: Repair and maintain mechanical/electrical products, disassemble and assemble engines or power generators.
