**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an accomplished Sr. Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive production execution, cost efficiency, and quality delivery across our network of co-manufacturing partners.

  • Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring seamless execution and on-time dispatch of finished goods.
  • Conduct daily/weekly reviews with internal teams and co-manufacturers to monitor progress, flag risks, and drive accountability.
  • Liaise with the procurement team to ensure RM/PM availability and capacity scheduling.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in production planning, shop floor execution, and performance monitoring.

  • Strong domain knowledge of FMCG food production and co-manufacturing conversion cost models.
  • Familiarity with food safety, quality audits, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, scale complexity, and deliver under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Oversight & Execution:
  • Manage end-to-end production operations.
  • Conduct daily/weekly reviews with internal teams and co-manufacturers.
Planning & Coordination:
  • Liaise with the procurement team.
  • Represent production in EOS/L10 weekly meetings.
Quality, Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
  • Conduct monthly cycle count for RM, PM, and FG inventory.
Packaging & Artwork Coordination:
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and procurement teams.
Process Excellence & Strategic Initiatives:
  • Drive continuous improvement in production processes.
  • Support strategic initiatives like capacity expansion, SKU rationalization, or alternate vendor onboarding.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders and external co-man partners.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing, preferably with hands-on experience managing production and quality at external co-manufacturing setups.

Work Arrangement:

1 week in Gurgaon (HO), 2 weeks of travel to manufacturing sites, 1 week in Bangalore.
