Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid campaigns across digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can drive measurable return on investment, track analytics, and scale client campaigns with precision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid campaign strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for multiple clients, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CPA, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize conversions and revenue.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide actionable insights from analytics tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager, informing business decisions and driving growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies, including conversion tracking and pixels.
  • Understanding of analytics dashboards and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with SEO, automation, or email marketing techniques.
