About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled developer to lead our team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and develop high-quality ruby on rails applications.
  • Manage and coordinate a team of 5 developers.
  • Develop expertise in JavaScript, JQuery, ReactJS and other relevant frameworks.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS and Bootstrap for front-end development.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to implement them effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
