We are seeking a seasoned Ruby on Rails expert to lead the development of our full-stack applications.
Job OverviewThis role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in Ruby on Rails, proficient in front-end technologies, and familiar with Agile methodologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for programming new features, leading a team, and ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the development cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain robust Ruby on Rails applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior developers to ensure their growth and success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to enhance our products.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer with a focus on Ruby on Rails.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership skills, including team management, communication, and conflict resolution.
Prior experience as a team lead or technical manager is a plus.
