Lead Murex Implementation Projects

As a seasoned professional, you will lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality Murex upgrade programs from offshore locations.

  • Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end execution of projects, including initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.
  • Stakeholder communication and relationship-building with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Risk identification, issue tracking, and mitigation.
  • Project status updates for all stakeholders.
  • People management and resource allocation.
  • Project governance setup and tracking.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations.
  • At least 6+ years of experience in Murex project management and program management.
  • Strong understanding of Murex architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.
  • Subject matter expert in at least one Murex module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting, or Front Office).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Offshore delivery management experience.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
