Job Responsibilities:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing national accounts, planning and delivering sales numbers, and driving operational efficiency. The role requires excellent negotiation skills, analytical ability, and strong presentation skills. The successful candidate will also be expected to facilitate commercial reconciliation of assigned accounts, coordinate with internal & external teams, and lead resource for planning and negotiating for in-store activations, merchandising, sell-out plans with the accounts.
Key Performance Indicators:
The Key Account Manager's performance will be evaluated based on the following key performance indicators: managing national accounts, achieving sales targets, driving operational efficiency, and facilitating commercial reconciliation of assigned accounts.
