Job Description:
  • We're looking for a proactive leader who can manage the entire NPD + reordering cycle to drive revenue and profitability.
  • The ideal candidate will identify fashion trends & innovations across the world to bring freshness to our portfolio, analyzing sales data to inform their decisions.
  • They will also analyze sales data to pull insights on fast moving styles vs slow moving, optimizing inventory levels and reducing waste.
Sourcing & Vendor Management

• Our successful candidate will identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors with strong sustainability practices, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with mills, factories, and suppliers.

• They will negotiate best-in-class pricing, payment terms, and lead times while ensuring compliance with sustainability goals, ensuring vendors meet ethical, social, and environmental standards.

• The ideal candidate will collaborate with design and product teams to source innovative, eco-friendly raw materials and trims, managing the sampling cycle against set timelines to ensure readiness for shoots & final production.

• They will research and implement new textile technologies that reduce environmental impact, staying updated on global trends in sustainable textiles and recommending relevant adoption.

Operational Excellence

• Our successful candidate will drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and sustainability standards, managing end-to-end sourcing cycle – from vendor identification to product delivery.

• They will set KPIs for vendor performance (quality, timeliness, compliance) and ensure regular reviews, driving improvements in current portfolio from all aspects – product quality, features, sourcing, costs & MOQ efficiencies.

• The ideal candidate will analyze sales data for entire portfolio to monitor stock movement for re-ordering of bestsellers, demand planning & channel wise allocation for production orders in order to maintain optimal inventory level.

• They will work cross-functionally with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflows, leading & executing Gross Margin Improvement programs for high volume sellers by building a strong alternate supplier base & exploring alternate materials.

• As a leader, our successful candidate will inspire and motivate the sourcing team to drive speed, innovation, and execution excellence, building and leveraging a strong vendor network to scale business growth.
