We are seeking a skilled Quality Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation quality and experience with manual audits, SOPs, and internal tools.

Job Description:

The Transportation Quality Specialist will be responsible for resolving address resolution issues, geocode corrections, map edits, driver support, static route management, and other operational activities related to the transportation process and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual Audits: Perform manual audits and resolve outliers/exceptions using internal tools and systems.
  • Investigation: Investigate images/videos and provide recommended actions based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Customer Support: Listen to customer calls, transcribe text from calls, emails, when necessary to resolve issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify patterns emerging from audits and contribute to process/program improvements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks as per SOP and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Problem Escalation: Systematically escalate problems to relevant owners/teams according to pre-determined processes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet business metrics and goals, including SLA, productivity, quality, and utilization benchmarks.
  • Collaboration: Work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of the respective team/program.
  • Cultural Awareness: Develop a global perspective and understand the nuances of various geographies that Amazon operates in.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Logistics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation quality, auditing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs, internal tools, and transportation quality best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
