Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of new web projects. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a senior project coordinator and be responsible for coordinating and managing web project activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the project management team to define the project scope and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of website projects, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Manage project schedules and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websites, ensuring seamless integration and effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement basic SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content enhancements to improve organic search rankings.
  • Ensure quality of content with the quick, effective turnaround on website changes, meeting brand strategy requirements.
  • Consistently monitor the website and make data-driven decisions based on web analytics tool insights (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Work closely with the senior project coordinator to ensure that project objectives are met and that project deliverables meet quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in website management, digital marketing, and SEO practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Familiarity with web analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing project priorities and deadlines.
