Job Title: Program Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Associate to manage multiple ongoing initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, stakeholders, and clients. This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing daily operations, overseeing end-to-end execution of tasks/projects, handling internal and external stakeholder requests, driving clear and effective communication across teams, partners, and clients, supporting budgeting, tracking, reporting, and operational execution, maintaining dashboards and reports for performance tracking, participating in meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions, and ensuring seamless coordination and process flow across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and oversee end-to-end execution of tasks/projects.
  • Handle internal and external stakeholder requests, ensuring timely closure.
  • Drive clear and effective communication across teams, partners, and clients.
  • Support budgeting, tracking, reporting, and operational execution.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
  • Participate in meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and process flow across initiatives.
