Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role goes beyond traditional social media management, requiring a strategic thinker with a passion for creating captivating content, fostering engagement, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage all social media platforms, fostering engagement and building a vibrant online community.
  3. Develop compelling content for digital platforms, collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency.
  4. Implement strategies to actively engage and grow the online community.
  5. Use analytics tools to measure and track the success of digital campaigns.
  6. Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on various digital platforms.
  7. Implement diverse lead generation channels, manage email marketing campaigns, and optimize GMB.
  8. Seek and develop partnerships for business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years as a Digital Marketing Strategist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, paid advertising, etc.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and content creation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
