JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Digital and Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role goes beyond traditional social media management, requiring a strategic thinker with a passion for creating captivating content, fostering engagement, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a holistic approach, integrating various digital channels and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including regular meetings with the leadership team, to achieve overarching marketing goals and improve sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Digital Strategy Development:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

· Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns.

2. Social Media Management:

· Oversee and manage all social media platforms, fostering engagement and building a vibrant online community.

· Create captivating and shareable content tailored for each platform to enhance brand awareness.

1. Content Creation:

· Develop compelling content for digital platforms, collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency.

· Implement and manage a content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule.

1. Community Engagement:

· Implement strategies to actively engage and grow the online community.

· Encourage user-generated content and leverage customer testimonials.

1. Analytics and Reporting:

· Use analytics tools to measure and track the success of digital campaigns.

· Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

· Keep track of competitor's advertising strategies and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

1. Paid Advertising:

· Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on various digital platforms.

· Leverage advertising experience in services, product launches, ecommerce, and SaaS products.

1. Business Development:

· Implement diverse lead generation channels, manage email marketing campaigns, and optimize GMB.

· Coordinate and execute events and campaigns to promote brand awareness and offerings.

· Regularly meet with the leadership team to align strategies and focus on improving sales.

1. Partnerships and Affiliates:

· Seek and develop partnerships for business growth.

· Manage affiliate relationships to expand the brand's reach.

1. Collaboration and Leadership:

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the leadership team, for strategic alignment.

· Collaborate with technical teams to create visually appealing and technically accurate content.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience of minimum 2- 3 years as a Digital and Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, paid advertising, etc.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools and content creation software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
