Job Title: Oracle Database Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our database management group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases that support our business operations.

You will perform a variety of tasks including administering database security, ensuring data integrity, and troubleshooting database issues. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for database performance improvement and implement solutions.

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle database administration principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must-Have Skills:
    • Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA)
  • Good-To-Have Skills:
    • Experience with database performance tuning and optimization
    • Strong understanding of database concepts and architecture
    • Experience in database backup and recovery strategies
    • Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming languages
    • Familiarity with database security and access control
    • Hands-on experience with database monitoring and troubleshooting
    • Ability to perform database capacity planning and resource management
