Job Title: Cloud Database Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Database Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and administering Oracle EBS in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate on-premises Oracle EBS 12.2 and Oracle Database 19c Solaris to OCI
  • Manage and administer Oracle EBS in a cloud environment
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using Ansible, Terraform, or OCIspecific automation capabilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EBS and database environments in OCI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet aggressive targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with migrating on-premises Oracle EBS to OCI
  • Expertise in managing and administering Oracle EBS in a cloud environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with backup recovery patching and cloning of Oracle EBS and databases in OCI
  • Familiarity with Oracle database security auditing and monitoring practices
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or OCIspecific automation capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
