Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced senior creative producer with expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and AI-native workflows.

As a senior creative producer, you will be responsible for developing innovative video content that meets the needs of our clients. This includes editing and producing high-quality videos across learning, promo, and campaign formats, as well as designing and animating motion graphics, infographics, and explainer elements.

Additionally, you will use AI tools to enhance workflows and convert scripts and briefs into engaging video narratives. Your portfolio should showcase your ability to balance speed, quality, and scale while innovating with AI + animation techniques.

Strong storytelling ability and visual design sense are essential for this role, as you will be collaborating with writers, designers, and marketing/product teams to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce high-quality video content that meets client needs.
  • Edit and produce videos across learning, promo, and campaign formats.
  • Design and animate motion graphics, infographics, and explainer elements.
  • Use AI tools to enhance workflows and convert scripts and briefs into engaging video narratives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design, with a strong portfolio of edited videos and animations. Proficiency in industry tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, and DaVinci Resolve is also required. Additionally, the candidate must have proven hands-on experience with AI tools for video and animation.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.
  • Strong portfolio of edited videos and animations.
