Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and improving the Content Health Score for online business across multiple platforms.
  • Partnering with content planners to execute content strategies through continuous improvements and thought leadership.
  • Driving content accuracy and relevancy by analyzing competitor data and guest insights.
  • Tracking and publishing Content Health Recap reports to global leadership teams.
  • Leading business CFT discussions and providing content insights to improve conversion rates.
  • Owning seller/partner communication programs through robust partnerships with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of ecommerce experience or equivalent.
  • Digital and retail acumen, with a good understanding of business and digital metrics.
  • Data analysis skills to derive trends and insights that drive improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to establish robust partnerships with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
