About the Role

We are seeking an experienced VP of Software Products to lead our software engineering team in India. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivery of our technology portfolios, as well as helping us lead our next phase of growth into our India centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a collection of product engineering teams to develop, deliver, and maintain clear roadmaps.
  • Establish and set priorities within the product group and ensure coordination and alignment between other groups and organisational constructs through the Quarterly planning process.
  • Act as a thought leader on market trends, innovations, and disruptions with respect to the Service, Field & Assurance Engineering Group portfolio.
  • Help grow our engineering team in India, attract, recruit, and retain engineering talent, and ensure we consistently maintain high engineering standards.
About You

We're looking for someone with substantial experience in software engineering, ideally in a product engineering environment or a related field. You should have a proven track record of product engineering ways of working, leading and managing large software teams in complex, fast-paced environments, and some level of knowledge of service assurance and field workforce management applications. Proven experience in Agile methodologies/ways of working, demonstrated ability to accelerate change, drive speed, and agility, fostering a culture of innovation, exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, effective communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written, and ability to develop and execute strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
