Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and communications, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.">
  • Manage and execute field marketing activities, including digital campaigns, social media, executive briefings, seminars, client/prospect dinners, webinars, and more.">
  • Measure campaign impact through data analysis and drive continuous improvement in marketing activities.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Minimum 6 years of marketing experience across multiple disciplines, including 2 years managing country marketing.">
  • Proven track record of successful execution with a focus on hands-on delivery, lead generation, and brand equity building.">
  • Strong knowledge of all different marketing channels and B2B trends across India.">
  • Familiarity with HR/Payroll outsourcing concepts and automation aspects is an advantage.">
