Business Manager - Design

We are seeking a skilled Business Manager - Design to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers.

Your primary goal will be to manage the productivity and work output of your team members. You will accomplish this by imparting required training, conducting regular design discussions, and ensuring that all team members meet their project deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the successful completion of multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Lead and participate in design discussions to ensure that all team members are aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement.
