About the Opportunity

This is a senior-level position with high visibility across the organization. As an Assistant Manager - Learning and Development, you will design and deliver impactful training programs for sales and business development teams in key regions.

Your primary responsibility will be to equip these teams with the skills and knowledge to exceed targets, while collaborating closely with sales leadership to craft learning solutions that align with business goals and drive company growth.

  • Deliver High-Impact Training: Run dynamic, activity-driven sessions where people learn by doing—not just listening.
  • Buddy Training & Mentorship: Drive the buddy system to give new hires a strong, supportive start.
  • Hands-On Coaching & On-the-Job Training: Be on the floor with the team, providing real-time coaching that translates directly into execution.
  • Engaging Online Training: Lead interactive, virtual sessions on sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and closing—plus refreshers to keep skills sharp.

You will leverage your expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create content, assessments, and adaptive learning paths at scale.

Additionally, you will use AI-driven workflows to speed up design, build role-play scenarios, and personalize training experiences.
