Job Title

Debt Recovery Specialist

The role of the Debt Recovery Specialist is to oversee and direct the activities of the collections department. This includes managing agencies associated with the company in their assigned territory, ensuring the efficiency and optimization of retrieving EMI from customers, and adhering to all guidelines laid out by the bank.

  • Responsible for managing and undertaking collections process for debts that have been assigned
  • Regularly track the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area
  • Track, control, and focus on delinquency of the area, bucket-wise and DPD wise
  • Allocate and achieve targets from agencies and in-house teams
  • Follow up with default customers and ensure adherence to collection process and legal guidelines
  • Tracing out absconded default customers and initiate recovery process
  • Recommend legal actions for non-recoverable cases and follow up with legal team for closure of cases
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduation - Any Graduate

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-8 or more years of experience in Collections
