We're looking for a purpose-driven individual who can design and develop high-quality proposals that align corporate CSR goals with the needs of rural women. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with our founders to shape initiatives that blend corporate responsibility with grassroots impact.

  • Develop and submit proposals that showcase innovative solutions for empowering rural women through skill-building, financial literacy, and community leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research and analysis to identify and develop proposal concepts that meet the needs of rural women.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect organizational values and community needs.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing BBA/MBA or BA/MA/PhD in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for gender-inclusive development.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience in CSR, fundraising, or social impact, especially with a focus on rural women.
  • Exposure to strategic outreach, program design, and partnership development.
