  • Manage program statuses, financial forecasts, risk tracking, team member communications, and process compliance.">

You will report to a Manager (U.S. based) and work in a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and manage the scope, goals, and roadmap of software projects.">
  3. Lead program-level planning and prioritization in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.">
  4. Coordinate efforts across multiple software development teams and technical team members.">
  5. Facilitate milestone planning and progress tracking.">
  6. Ensure cross-team understanding, visibility, and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.">
  7. Monitor and report on project and program progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.">
  8. Promote delivery excellence through adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and internal processes.">
  9. Resolve delivery blockers, manage interdependencies, and escalate issues.">
  10. Communicate effectively between teams and stakeholders.">
  11. Manage risks and maintain risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies.">

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.">5+ years of experience in program or project management in software engineering or a related field.">Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.">Proficiency in project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.">Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or equivalent.">">
