Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Junior Project Manager to join our team. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and update stakeholders.
  • Team Support: Work closely with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and assist in resolving any issues.
  • Budget & Resource Tracking: Monitor project costs and resources under supervision.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements for project efficiency.
  • Tool & Software Usage: Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) to track progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or project management software.
