GWS ManagerThe GWS Team is an internally managed contingent workforce program responsible for compliance of related policies and end-to-end vendor management system.
We are customer-obsessed, single point of contact for any contingent workforce need.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee contractor lifecycle from request intake, candidate sourcing, rate validation, engagement management and offboarding.
- Serve as primary advisor on contingent workforce matters, including policy compliance and training.
- Partner with engagement managers to forecast labor needs, provide market insights, and support fulfillment strategies.
- Conduct quarterly vendor business reviews to analyze key performance indicators.
- Foster relationships with approved staffing vendors to ensure compliance and provide support in recruiting contractor talent.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience supporting an internal Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider.
- Strong understanding of full contractor lifecycle and related employment laws.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with VMS platforms and contingent workforce best practices.
