AI Research and Development Scientist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize Python-based data science solutions using public datasets to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Conduct thorough peer code reviews to ensure best practices and optimization techniques are followed, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with researchers and stakeholders to align solutions with company goals, driving strategic decision-making.
  • Create well-documented Python code using Jupyter notebooks, ensuring transparency and reproducibility.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, demonstrating expertise in AI and data science.
  • Strong knowledge of Python programming for data analysis, including proficiency in machine learning algorithms and data visualization.
  • Excellent understanding of data science methodologies and analysis techniques, including statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum 5-hour work overlap with PST/PT is required to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
